About OTG

Orlando Talent Group, LLC is owned by Charlie and Debbie Peshek and is an insured and bonded state of Florida company. OTG produces business and social events locally, nationally and internationally.

Charlie Peshek brings over 30 years of arts and entertainment experience to the Orlando Talent Group as an event producer, talent producer and professional musician. Charlie worked for Walt Disney World for twenty-one years as a musician, band and orchestra leader for Disney's conventions and special events, and in management at Disney's Talent Casting and Booking Department where he was in charge of convention talent for Disney's theme parks, hotels and weddings.

Charlie has produced events and talent for the Walt Disney Company, Universal Orlando, Universal Japan, SeaWorld Orlando, Daytona International Speedway, Corporate Optics, Electronic Arts-Tiberon, Mercury Marine, Nestles, Nickelodeon, Panasonic, Siemens, Super Bowl XL, TEK Productions, Toys "R" Us, Warner Brothers, Wellpoint and many other Fortune 500 clients.

Debbie Peshek began her career as a dancer with Southern Ballet Theater, now Orlando Ballet, and danced for Walt Disney World. She has twenty-five years experience in business finance including seventeen years with Florida National Bank and First Union National Bank. Her corporate career ranged from Accounting Supervisor to Assistant Vice-President and Business Systems Analyst. In addition to her career in commercial banking, Debbie has also served as Business Manager for several businesses including a legal firm as well as a private school in Orlando that grew from $500,000 to over two million dollars in yearly gross revenues during the five years that she oversaw the financial aspects of the organization. She continues her involvement in the arts by teaching jazz dance classes for children and adults at several Orlando dance studios.

Charlie and Debbie’s vast range of experience, from management in Fortune 500 companies to small business ventures, make them uniquely qualified to work with a wide array of clients.
